Never underestimate a preemie.

Both my twins are warriors. On is a steady soldier, and the other, this one is a wildcard viking.

He is both fire and water. Most of the time he is laid back. He is a procrastinator, but never lazy.
.
When he fights, he fights with fire. We have heard doctors say, "Lex is the sicker twin" only to watch him turn around and achieve an incredible, unpredictable milestone. He kept the medical team on their toes because he was unpredictable
.
At times, I began to think Lex viewed the NICU as a game. He had fun watching everyone panic while he orchestrated his next attack.

To me, Lex is the kid who doesn't play the entire game, but goes on to catch the winning touchdown against the hometown rival.

A preemie is never to be underestimated, especially a Viking warrior like my Lex.
